Autopromotec inaugurates the path to 2025

14/02/2024
Less than a month after the official opening of pre-registrations for the 30th edition, scheduled on 21-24 May 2025, the organisers of Autopromotec are reporting an important growth in the interest shown. In fact, compared to the figures recorded in the same period in 2019 (the last edition before the pandemic), organisers have reported an increase of more than 80 percent in the number of pre-registrations received. However, interest from exhibitors who have never attended the event before or are returning after one or more editions of absence is growing by 8 percent compared to 2019.

The interest shown by foreign companies is also significant, accounting for 21 percent of the total pre-registrations received as of the current date.

“What we are collecting through pre-registrations are preliminary data that are essential to better plan the entire event”, comments Renzo Servadei, CEO of Autopromotec. "This year, in particular, these are numbers that we wish to monitor even more closely, because they are able to give us a significant snapshot of the performance of the entire industry. After the delicate period towards the end of the pandemic, the aftermarket is looking to the future with its usual lively and energetic pace. As for us, we can only be pleased that only one month after the start of pre-registrations, so many companies have already chosen Autopromotec as a touchpoint in their promotion strategies.”

Pre-registration ideally represents the starting point of the path leading to Autopromotec 2025. This is a fundamental document to allow organisers to define exhibition layouts and best distribute spaces within the pavilions, as well as providing important indications to organisers with respect to the subdivision of product sectors.

The 2025 edition marks a historic milestone for the Bologna-based trade fair. Over the course of 30 editions and 60 years of history, Autopromotec has recounted together with exhibiting companies the evolution of the many product chains represented within it. A story that continues with the sectors traditionally present at the event - from automotive equipment to tyres, from spare parts to lubricants, passing through service networks and car services - and that opens up to new technologies, making room for software and applications of artificial intelligence, sensor technology and mechanical and electronic engineering.
