Autopromotec 2019, automotive excellence to attract foreign operators

Editorial Staff

120 delegates from over 35 countries will attend the automotive aftermarket biennial (Bologna, 22-26 May 2019).
The number of foreign delegates, increasingly interested in technological innovations present at Autopromotec 2019, keeps growing. A few months from the next international automotive equipment and aftermarket trade show (Bologna, 22-26 May 2019), more than 120 delegates - including buyers and institutional operators - from over 35 countries have confirmed their presence at the Bologna exhibition centre. The result of an intense global promotional program of the event based on consolidated partnerships with several chambers of commerce and independent organisations worldwide.
Autopromotec has already proved to be an event of primary importance for the entire after-sales market. The trade fair, throughout its more than 50 years of history, followed a path of continuous growth and development, which climaxed with the 2017 record edition which hosted 1,599 exhibitors (with 58 brands represented) and a total attendance of 113,616 professional operators 23 thousand of which from abroad. In a similar fashion, this year's edition promises to be a vital meeting point for professional operators, desiring to get to know all the new technologies and services offered by the automotive market: entire industrial sectors, recognised as technological excellence all over the world with export quotas exceeding 70%, will be exhibiting their latest innovations at Autopromotec.
Thanks to a precious collaboration with ITA (Italian Trade & Investment Agency) as part of an "Extraordinary Plan for the Promotion of Products Made in Italy", a project sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Development, about 80 delegates are expected from markets with a strong interest in the automotive industry (such as the United States, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia) as well as countries with strong growth potential (such as Mexico, Indonesia, Malaysia, China - with metropolitan areas such as Beijing and Guanghzou at the forefront, and South Africa), not to mention delegations from the Middle East (Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait), Africa (Maghreb - Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and sub-Saharan areas - Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda) and Caucasus (Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan).
The global promotional campaign of Autopromotec and the entire automotive aftermarket chain promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region will also attract more than 40 delegates from South America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador) and Southeast Asia (Thailand and Vietnam), as well as India, Russia and Turkey.
Once again, in order to encourage a constructive interaction between exhibitors and delegations, Autopromotec offers all Italian exhibitors a unique opportunity: to contact buyers directly, through a B2Match business matching platform, and to organise business meetings in advance. During the last edition of the event more than 720 B2B meetings were organized, with positive feedback from the stakeholders involved and the contracts signed. During the upcoming Autopromotec 2019, these meetings will be organised in the "The Mall", a new area created between halls 29 and 30. Further details on registration for B2Match meetings will be made available on the Autopromotec website from mid-March 2019. We therefore invite you to visit the website www.autopromotec.com and follow its social profiles in order to be constantly updated on all the news related to Autopromotec 2019.
