Information on tickets, travel and stay, apps and how to move in Bologna
HOW TO GET THE TICKET
The entrance ticket is free of charge and reserved for operators in the sector. To request it, all you have to do is register in the appropriate section of the Autopromotec website: www.autopromotec.com/ticket. After filling in the fields, you will receive your ticket through the e-mail address indicated. Please note: each visitor who registers must use a unique e-mail address. It will not be possible to request more than one ticket using the same account. Remember to download your ticket before arriving at Autopromotec!
TURNES THE TICKET INTO A BUSINESS CARD
In order to facilitate and speed up business contacts throughout the event, it is possible to transform the entrance ticket into an electronic business card. This means that Autopromotec exhibitors need only scan the QR code of the ticket with their smartphone to obtain useful information for staying in touch with visitors after the fair. To activate the service, you must give your consent in the registration form.
THE EVENT IN AN APP
By downloading the free App on iTunes and Google Play (available from the beginning of May), visitors will have the entire event at their fingertips: the Autopromotec 2022 exhibitors list, the map, news and the calendar of the many events and workshops. In addition, by logging in with your access credentials, you can have your entrance ticket available in digital format.
TRAVEL AND STAY
Autopromotec for the 2022 edition has chosen Lufthansa as preferred partner and established an agreement with Viaggi Salvadori 1929 for the online distribution of reduced fares for flights and hotels. Visiting the section of the website www.autopromotec.com, inside the Travel and Stay area, you can find the dedicated search engine: with the code SCMAJ1QH, reserved to Autopromotec visitors, you will also get an additional discount on your hotel reservation!
GETTING AROUND THE FAIR
The 2022 edition will once again feature a free shuttle service within the BolognaFiere's exhibition centre: visitors will be able to move between halls easily and comfortably. The service will be available from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm with 7 stops from Hall 20 to Hall 25 and vice versa.

By car
Coming from the A13 PD-BO, from A1 MI-BO and from FI-BO: take motorway A14 direction Ancona, exit "Bologna Fiera". Ring road exit n°8
By train
Bologna Central Station is 10 minutes from Bologna-Fiere. Tper public bus service 35 and 38 will take you to the entrance of Piazza Costituzione.
From the airport
G.Marconi Airport is connected to Bologna Central Station by the Marconi Express service and the Aerobus Blq shuttle. Further information can be found at www.bologna-airport.it
By bus

SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE CITY CENTRE
A free shuttle service between the fair’s entrance at Piazza Costituzione and the city centre is available for exhibitors and visitors. From Wednesday 25 to Saturday 28 May, the evening bus service allows visitors to reach the city centre in just a few minutes. Here is the route: Piazza Costituzione, Piazza XX Settembre, Via dei Mille, Via Marconi (Piazza dei Martiri), Via Riva Reno (Via San Felice), Via Nazario Sauro (city centre). Rides are scheduled every 10 minutes.
