The Application Form for Autopromotec 2025 is now online!

The Application Form for the 30th edition of Autopromotec, scheduled on 21-24 May 2025 at the Bologna Exhibition Centre is now available online.
As of this edition, Autopromotec presents itself in its fully-digitalized shape: in fact, it will be possible to manage your entire participation to the exhibition through the Exhibitor Restricted Area, digitally signing all the documents through an OTP code.
That’s why the Application Form is now available only in your Restricted Area.
How to access the Restricted Area?

How to access the Restricted Area?
- If the company has already submitted the agreement that enables us to activate the restricted area and all the services included, just use the credentials that you received via email, enter your restricted area and fill in the Application Form. Please note: all the documents are digitally signed. This means that once you’ve typed in the OTP code you can no longer edit the details inserted.
- If the interested company hasn’t submitted the agreement yet, please fill in this very quick form and you will receive the agreement necessary to activate your new restricted area. We need to receive the hard copy of this document: but no worries, this will be the last time we’ll ask you this. Without this agreement, we won’t be able to activate your restricted area.
